The first Aurora Infernalis tour is in the making. It’s an ode to the legendary atmospheric nineties. This was the most exciting musical period for black metal. Dødheimsgard, Troll and Hetroertzen will embark on a joint tour in Europe in October 2013. For the Denmark show ANGANTYR will do an exclusive one-off performance!

The Norwegians of Dødheimsgard are the legends of creativity with their avantgarde industrial black metal. This band was founded in 1994. Their debut was a raw black metal album, which got a quick breakthrough thanks to the participation of Fenriz of Darkthrone. Their second release sounded completely different. It was a mix of black and thrash metal with some Aura Noir touches. Their album ‘666 international’ sure was the most disturbing and creative of them all. Dødheimsgard is a highly respected band in the black metal scene and its underground. In 2013 the group will release new songs and this tour is to support that material.

At the age of 14 Nagash founded his band Troll. He’s more widely known from his other band Covenant / The Kovenant and his ex-band Dimmu Borgir. Yet this more intense and harsher project already started in 1992. With the first album ‘Drep De Kristne’ the band got a lot of attention, especially by the media because of its provoking title. Later it got a lot of recognition by critics claiming this album to be equal to classics such as ‘In The Nightside Eclipse’ and ‘Dark Medieval Times’. After doing some separate shows with a complete line up, these Norwegians are now ready for their first tour ever. Not only will they play their classic songs, but we shall hear work of their soon to be released album as well.
