MystifieR is a prominent Brazilian Black Metal band formed in the summer of 1989, in the city of Salvador/Bahia/Brazil. They are considered pioneers of the Brazilian Black Metal scene and are well-known for their raw, fast, brutal and
satanic-occult-themed sound with lots of synths, pitched-vocals and distortions. The band created aggressive and satanic music within the Brazilian extreme classic underground metal style, which makes them veterans of their scene, following the steps of Sepultura, Sarcofago and Vulcano.
They have had various lineup changes over the years, with Beelzeebubth being a consistent member (band master mind). Their music often features a low-fidelity production, contributing to their dark and primordial atmosphere.
At the moment, Beelzeebubth is working hard on the new compositions to release the sixth album in 2026, probably entitled “Descending from the Ancient Kemet’s Valley of The Kings”, under Season of Mist.
Celebrating almost four decades of uninterrupted existence and planning the recording of their first live album, which should be titled: “Irreligious Wiccan & Göetic Rites”. The group is scheduling an extensive international tour for 2026/2027. At these events, classic themes from the early albums will be played, as well as the latest songs released abroad.
